Black Crown Initiate: Song of the crippled bull
31/10/13 || Ironpants
Wow! This EP is really something! And just for being an 4-track EP it comes served as a stub, but it almost deserves a full on review. BCI presents some of the most interesting progressive death metal I have heard in a long time. Beautiful melodies collide with full-on blasts, the vocals range between cozy, clean vocals and excellent growling. The music is really interesting and performed by innovative musicians and this short EP leaves you longing for more. It is like a small appetizer for what will most probably come in a full length album later on (I hope)?
You need to check it out to believe it. I can’t wait to see what action this band will take as their the next step. And, it´s fucken cheap, $3 over at bandcamp. Now get your sorry ass over there and buy it! That´s an order!! If you don’t believe me, check this out first
